I am Poonam, founder of my clothing brand “Laadli Ethnic“.

I have been running officially my business from past 7 years off-line. Let me take you to my inspiration and how a young millennial woman entrepreneur like me flourished with your support and satisfied 1000+ customers off-line.

Since my childhood I have seen clothing business in my family. My great grandfather at his very young age started from a small town in Gujarat and built an empire of “Bhagwati” brand specialized in uniform and clothing having outlets spread all across Gujarat. My Father at his age of just 10 years started his learning through a master in men’s wear from cutting to stitching. He eventually set up his clothing brand “Shiva Collection” before venturing in to the profession of builder. My mom, a business woman with 30 years of specialization in women’s wear, carried the legacy of my grand father. My maternal aunt, again an entrepreneur, in garment business. The family tradition has added to my inspiration since childhood to become an entrepreneur.  

At the age of 16 years, I still remember it was my 10^th board exam and I was in the shop and learning business along with my studies. It had been more of a stress buster in between studies seriously.

Business has been in my blood and it’s my passion. Technology has really helped millennials like me to grow and take business to explore endless possibilities in world.
